Who We Are
Built on referrals, one job at a time.
We're a licensed and insured exterior cleaning company serving Greenville and the surrounding Upstate towns. Over 50 projects completed, and a 5.0-star rating across 19 Google reviews from the people who live here.
Almost all of that came from word of mouth: a neighbor seeing the difference and asking who did it. That's a slower way to grow a business than buying leads, and it only works if the job is right the first time. It also means we'd rather turn down work we can't do properly than take it and hope.
Most of what grows on a house comes off with the right solution, not with force. We use a mild house-washing solution and light pressure to lift mildew, algae and dirt without driving water behind your siding or stripping your paint. High pressure has its place on concrete. It has no place on your home.

Tim spent eighteen years in the chemical industry before this. On a job where the cleaning solution is the actual service, that is the difference between a house that comes clean and siding, plants or paint that get damaged getting there.
You deal with the owner
Family owned and operated. Tim answers the phone, gives the quote, and does the work. There is no call center and no rotating crew of subcontractors, so the person who shows up is the person you talked to.
Straight answers, including the inconvenient ones
If a stain will not fully come out, you will hear that before we start rather than after. Red mud and heavy oxidation are their own jobs and get quoted separately. We would rather lose a job than promise a result we cannot deliver.
